• Ordering: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept on-line orders. After visiting the store, we'll be glad to accept your order in person or by telephone.
• Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards.
• Exchange Policy: STORE CREDIT ONLY. We gladly honor exchanges within 10 days of purchase, with receipt and in original condition.
• Wish List: Have a birthday coming up? Fill out a Wish List with all the Topaz things you love. We'll keep it on file and next special occasion, send your friends or special someone to us for your perfect gift!
• Repairs: If something you've purchased from us breaks, we'll gladly send it to its maker for repair. Unfortunately, we aren't able to accommodate repair or sizing requests if the item was purchased elsewhere.
